Our commitment is to operate a financially successful forestry, farming, and land utilisation business on the plains and foothills of Canterbury in an environmentally and socially responsible manner, and to promote the provision of shelter on the Canterbury plains.
Objectives
The primary objective of the company shall be to operate a profitable, sustainable and innovative business consistent with shareholders' expectations, and we will increase the net worth of shareholder value by prudently managing assets, for long term gain and capital growth.
These objectives are implemented by the company's management through a series of management plans and operational guidelines.
